Tripease is a digital transport platform connecting passengers with verified transport operators. We do not operate vehicles directly but facilitate bookings, payments, and trip management.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration information
• Follow trip rules and safety guidelines
• Respect drivers, passengers, and staff
• Use the platform lawfully

3. Transport Partners

Transporters are responsible for trip execution, vehicle safety, driver conduct, and compliance with transport regulations.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Refunds follow transporter cancellation policies
• Tripease may deduct service fees where applicable

5. Trip Cancellations

Trip cancellations, delays, or changes may occur due to operational reasons. Users will be notified promptly where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tripease is not liable for accidents, delays, or losses arising from transporter operations beyond platform facilitation.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
